The goal is to generate new development and new quality jobs, support Emilia-Romagna in its ecological and digital transition, reduce economic, social, environmental, and territorial divides, and achieve full quality equality. By integrating the resources of the PNRR and those of the European Social Fund Plus, the Region makes personalized orientation, skills development, and labor market integration programs available to all job seekers.
