THREE STEPS

  1. Create the SEGMENT (the group)
  2. Prepare the COMMUNICATION (dedicated newsletter)
  3. Select the corresponding SEGMENT


and send.

1- Create the SEGMENT (the group)

Go to Customers -> Segments -> Create Segment

There copy and paste into the line with the little man with the purple mask:

FROM customers
SHOW customer_name, note, email_subscription_status, customer_added_date
WHERE customer_tags CONTAINS 'pre-registration'

After pasting, click after the word CONTAINS and choose the correct segment.

Then at the top center SAVE .

You saved the segment.

2 - Prepare the COMMUNICATION (dedicated newsletter)

Go to Email -> Create Campaign (top right)

Then choose the appropriate template (empty template is fine)

Write the text of your communication, the subject, etc.

3 - Select the corresponding SEGMENT

At the top of the A field, select the segment you just created.

Send yourself a test to check.

When it goes well, SEND.
