QUALITY SYSTEM, LEGALITY, TRANSPARENCY AND CORRECTNESS OF CESCOT MODENA SCARL
Commitment and professionalism of our service
CESCOT MODENA SCARL is certified with the Quality System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 STANDARD and KIWA CERMET certified - Reg. N°2981.
Not a formal act, but a way of working that puts people—internal collaborators, customers, and suppliers—at the center. Our actions are driven by three drivers: digitalization, internationalization, and sustainability.
Our principles are outlined in our "QUALITY POLICY," linked to at the bottom of the page.

CESCOT MODENA SCARL has deemed it appropriate to adopt a " Code of Ethics " to promote the protection of the image and professionalism of the service offered to companies and individuals interested in training courses, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 and subsequent amendments, in light of the changes regarding crimes against the Public Administration after Law 190/2012, environmental crimes and new responsibilities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 after Law 68/2015, predicate corporate crimes after the amendments introduced by Law no. 69/2015, the crime of self-laundering introduced by Law no. 186/2014, the Jobs Act 2015 and computer crimes, as well as developments in case law.
In other words, the operating dynamics and procedures of CESCOT MODENA SCARL, which also has a certified Quality Management System, have been further analyzed to ensure that the organization, through MOG 231, meets organizational standards, behavioral rules, and the resulting controls necessary to reduce the risk of criminally relevant conduct potentially attributable to individuals who work for and with the organization.
A protection system aimed at excluding the administrative liability of Cescot Modena Scarl with respect to such events.
The "Code of Ethics" outlines how we intend to conduct our activities in a socially responsible manner and is available to all customers, suppliers, employees, and anyone else who wishes to interact with us.
Furthermore, Cescot Modena Scarl constantly updates its Organization, Management and Control Model (hereinafter MOG 231): a system of controls and procedures aimed at all those who work with the Training Organization, through which it disseminates and implements a culture of legality and prevents the commission of so-called 'predicate crimes', which are extensively illustrated in the documents that make up MOG 231.
Cescot Modena Scarl has entrusted the task of monitoring the implementation and compliance with the Code of Ethics and related procedures, as well as ensuring their updating, to a body with independent powers of initiative and control.
A Supervisory Body, known as the OdV, has been appointed to which reports of any actual or attempted violations of the Code of Ethics and the Organization, Management, and Control Model, deemed appropriate in accordance with the provisions of these documents, can be sent.

Whistleblowing In implementation of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, which transposes EU Directive 2019/1937 regarding the protection of individuals who report violations of Union law and national regulations, we have implemented a system that allows individuals to report unlawful conduct of which they have become aware by virtue of their employment relationship with Cescot Modena scarl, i.e., because of or in connection with it:

- Temporary worker
- Intern, Trainee, Volunteer, Candidate
- Self-employed, Collaborator
- Freelancer, Consultant
- Third party employee with activities carried out in our work context
- Shareholders or person with administrative, management, control, supervisory and representative functions
Those subject to the legislation are required to report information regarding violations (i.e., behaviors, acts, or omissions) that harm the public interest or the integrity of the entity, constitute a violation of national or European legislation, or consist of unlawful conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, or violations of organizational and management models. We have therefore established a reporting system in accordance with the Decree, defining an operating procedure and identifying a specific Reporting Manager.
Both reports related to the 231 System and whistleblowing reports must be submitted by accessing the dedicated platform, which contains the information, instructions, and procedure for submitting them. Anonymity is guaranteed for both reports.
