PURPOSES
Your data is collected for the following purposes:

In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing of personal data is carried out through paper-based, computerized, and telematic tools in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data, as well as full compliance with the Law.
This information is provided for data collected directly from the data subject (art. 13, para. 1), collected from third parties (art. 13, para. 4), or received from public registers, lists, acts, or documents accessible to anyone (art. 24, para. 1, letter c) within the limits and in the manner established by the regulations governing their accessibility.
Sensitive data (contained in the documentation required to access the course, e.g., payslip copy) will be processed in compliance with current regulations (art. 26, Legislative Decree 196/03) and according to the limits and methods provided by the General Authorization of the Data Protection Authority.
NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO RESPOND
The provision of data is mandatory for everything required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide it or to subsequent processing may result in the undersigned's inability to proceed with the contractual relationships themselves.
The provision of data is instead optional for everything that cannot be traced back to legal or contractual obligations, with particular reference to sending advertising and/or promotional material for our activities and the possibility of inserting on our website and on our informational material any video footage or photographs depicting you relating to events and/or courses organized by the undersigned.
In this case, there are no consequences to your refusal, except for our inability to send you the aforementioned material and to insert on our informational media (website, brochures, etc.) any photographs or videos depicting you.

For the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, your data may be disclosed, in addition to subjects to whom the ability to access them is recognized by specific legal provisions or secondary regulations, only to the categories of subjects indicated below, who will proceed with processing as independent data controllers:
- Public Bodies or Institutions;
- Consorzio Formazione & Lavoro;
- Course financing bodies (FON.TER);
- Business Associations and affiliated Companies (Provincial, Regional Confesercenti, etc.);
- Banks and credit institutions; law firms; insurance companies; companies providing printing services for flyers or brochures;
- Professional firms/companies/business associations/independent professionals providing the undersigned with certain services (accounting, tax, etc.) for carrying out economic activities in compliance with current regulations.
The management bodies and all our employees and authorized collaborators may become aware of your data, as Data Processors, to process them for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes.
Your image inserted in photographs or videos depicting events organized by the undersigned may be disseminated through publication on our informational media (website, brochures, etc.) only after obtaining your specific consent.
Your data may be used in anonymous and aggregated form for statistical purposes.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Code, you have the right to:
- Obtain confirmation, in a clear and free manner, of the existence or not of your data with us;
- Obtain the updating, rectification, or integration of data; to obtain their blocking, deletion, or transformation into anonymous form in case of law violation or ceased need for conservation;
- Object to processing for legitimate reasons or to processing for the purpose of sending informational and advertising material, market research, commercial communications.
Pursuant to art. 13 of GDPR 2016/679 – regarding personal data protection, visitors to this website are informed about the methods of processing personal data of users who consult it and interact with the services and pages offered therein.
The information relates exclusively to the website in question https://www.cescotmodena.com and its parts. This does not extend to other sites or pages not belonging to the website itself consulted by the user via links.

PLACE
Data is processed at the Data Controller's operational headquarters and in any other place where parties involved in processing are located. For further information, contact the Data Controller.
RETENTION PERIOD
Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected.
Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the performance of such contract is completed.
- Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.
- When processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may retain Personal Data longer until said consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be required to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this term, the right of access, deletion, rectification, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

Requests are filed free of charge and processed by the Data Controller as soon as possible, in any case within one month.
