An internship is not an employment relationship, but a training method that allows young people (and not so young) to develop through direct experience of the world of work.
Benefits for companies

- At the end of the internship there are no obligations to hire, but the company can decide whether to continue the relationship with the intern.

- There may be financing opportunities, tax relief or incentives that allow you to further reduce your financial commitment.
REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESSES:
All companies can place an intern, provided they meet the following requirements:
- not have completed other internships with the intern;
- not having activated employment contracts with the intern in the previous 2 years;
- comply with workplace health and safety regulations;
- be in compliance with the regulations set out in Law no. 68/1999;
- not having made any layoffs in the same operational unit in the twelve months preceding the activation of the internship for activities equivalent to those of the internship;
- not benefit from wage supplementation funds, even in derogation, and/or solidarity contracts for activities equivalent to those of the internship in the same production unit;
- not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
Our services are:
For those who have already identified a candidate:
- Advice on the regulations, characteristics and activation procedures for all available internship projects, financing and contribution relief that can be requested
- planning and management of administrative practices
- provision of training on workplace safety
- tutoring for the entire duration of the internship period
- skills formalization service following the internship
- issuing of final certificates
For those who have not identified a candidate:
- Internship intermediation and/or selection service
- sending the CVs of candidates available for the internship
- management of the entire internship activation process, once the right candidate has been identified
HOW MUCH DOES THE INTERNSHIP SERVICE COST TO COMPANIES?
MONTHLY ALLOWANCE:
of at least €450.00 for the intern, except for internships for suspended workers and/or recipients of income support.
SERVICE MEMBERSHIP FEE:
of €250.00 + VAT to be paid to CESCOT MODENA at the time of signing for the agreement, the compilation of the training project and the RC insurance coverage.
€40.00 + VAT MONTHLY (only for the actual months of internship) to be paid to CESCOT MODENA for:
- monitoring at all stages: start, management, conclusion of the internship
- assistance to the intern and the company, reception and control of attendance sheets
ongoing supervision by telephone or on site - Administration, collection, and processing of questionnaires on internship progress and final questionnaires for internship participants and companies
- advice on the regulations, characteristics, and activation procedures for all available internship projects;
- management of administrative practices;
- internship tutoring;
- issuing of final certificates with the skills acquired (skills and knowledge sheet).
