Have you just hired an apprentice?
Contact Cescot Modena for training management
We guarantee timeliness, compliance with regulations, maximum customization and flexibility of the routes
CESCOT supports employment consultants, businesses, and apprentices fulfilling their training obligations with the utmost professionalism and experience gained over twenty years.
The Apprenticeship contract, the only one with a mixed purpose, aims to facilitate the entry of young people under 30 into the workforce and can be activated by all companies in all sectors, providing them with significant contributory, tax, and regulatory benefits.
Pursuant to Article 47, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree No. 81/2015, workers receiving mobility benefits (see paragraph 1 below) or unemployment benefits (see paragraph 2 below) may be hired on a professional apprenticeship basis, with no age limit. This means that apprenticeships do not apply only to those under 30.
Training is conducted on the basis of an "individual training plan" consistent with the qualification to be acquired and is distributed on an annual basis, and is organised as follows:
►OUTSIDE THE COMPANY > TRAINING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF BASIC AND TRANSVERSAL SKILLS
- It is regulated by the ER Region which finances it thanks to the EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND ESF+, through the provision of training allowances (vouchers) for each apprentice
- It takes place at a training centre accredited by the Region
- For a duration of 40 hours, mandatory in the first year of employment, they must be carried out during working hours
- No costs for the company as it is financed by the Emilia-Romagna Region Voucher
- These hours cannot include the mandatory course for all employees on workplace safety which must be completed within 60 days of hiring.

►INTERNAL TO THE COMPANY > PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
- It is regulated at national level by collective agreements or inter-confederal agreements)
- For an average duration of 80 hours per year for the entire duration of the apprenticeship.
- By the company tutor
- With the methodological support of CESCOT MODENA
Our consultants are available to the company from the moment the apprentice is hired until the end of his or her training path through:
Management of external training:
- Activation and request for training vouchers from the Emilia-Romagna Region.
- Management of documentation and communications.
- Assessment of training credit requirements and issuance of the relevant certification, to be presented in the event of inspection by supervisory bodies.
- Possibility of customizing the calendar to be carried out within the year of hiring.
- Training delivery in person or remotely.
Consulting and support for internal company training:
- Design of a personalized training plan based on the apprentice's role and duties.
