Content -> Blog Posts -> Add Post to Blog
In the central block
Insert title and text (DO NOT COLOR THE TITLES: instead apply the style from the "paragraph" drop-down menu).
In the block on the right
Indicate that it is visible (immediately or schedule date)
Add image (better if square)
Make sure your blog is "NEWS & UPDATES..."
SAVE
