Intermediation, research, and personnel selection services

To support companies in identifying, selecting, and onboarding new resources, Cescot conducts targeted analyses to identify the most suitable profiles, assisting the client company in the search and evaluation of candidates, managing the onboarding process (targeted training – activating internship programs – consulting for choosing the right onboarding contract – support for implementing the training required by the apprenticeship contract), and providing post-onboarding professional development.

INTERMEDIATION: THE WORK PROCESS

Company reception phase and demand analysis Job demand analysis: through an in-depth interview with the client company, the characteristics of the role to be filled and the candidate's profile are defined. Definition of the skills profile and the insertion path. Definition of the research system, method and related tools (market mapping and analysis, direct contacts, database and advertisement). Stipulation of the contract.

Recruitment phase

  • Candidate search: Activation of various channels, depending on the professional profile being sought, screening and analysis of job offers already available in the constantly updated database, as well as through advertisements published in the main media (specialized websites, newspapers, magazines).
  • Evaluation of CVs
  • Pre-selection interviews

Intermediation

  • Management of supply/demand intersection
  • Creating a list of potential candidates
  • Drafting the profile to send to the company
  • Organization of company meetings with candidates, availability of spaces, and support during the evaluation phase.
