BECOME AN ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN 4.0!

The Accounting Technician 4.0 combines traditional accounting, tax, and administrative skills with an innovative, digital approach. They are able to use advanced management software, integrated with technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, to optimize accounting and tax processes, both in professional firms and businesses. This role stands out for its ability to analyze complex data, automate recurring accounting tasks, and support strategic decisions through predictive analytics and data-driven solutions, improving operational efficiency and contributing to the organization's digital transformation.

DURATION: 300 hours, including 120 hours of internship (JULY 2025/NOVEMBER 2025)

RECIPIENTS

The course is aimed at 13 unemployed or employed individuals with irrelevant or inconsistent work experience, residing or domiciled in Emilia-Romagna, with the following education/training qualifications: High school diploma in science, economics and social sciences, business information systems, IT and telecommunications, or commercial services; Accounting diploma; Company secretary diploma; Classical humanities diploma or diploma with a focus on economics and social sciences; Technical institute diploma in economics with a focus on administration, finance, and marketing with a focus on business information systems or international relations for marketing; Technical institute diploma in technology with a focus on IT and telecommunications; Professional institute diploma with a focus on commercial services. The following knowledge is required (assessed by an entrance test): - Computer science (full standard ECDL level). ⚠️ Selection is reserved for candidates who meet all the requirements.

Before the selection, the following are expected:

- INFORMATION SEMINAR
The following will be presented: professional profile, job opportunities in the area, training path, access methods, and selection criteria.

- ORIENTATION PATH
The path helps users evaluate whether the course is relevant and useful to their professional project, based on an analysis of their existing skills and future aspirations.

The selection will be based on the following tests:

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE WRITTEN TEST, APTITUDE TESTS, and INDIVIDUAL MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEW.

The interview will be scheduled by appointment. Each test will be assigned a weighted score (50% for the tests and 50% for the interview), and a ranking will be drawn up to select the course participants.
Candidates whose score is = or > 60/100 will be admitted to the course.

“STANDARD SKILLS” AREA

  • Double-entry bookkeeping and updating the chart of accounts Procedures for recording and recording accounting data
  • Accounting treatment of company contracts Methods for reclassifying costs and revenues
  • Preparation of accounting reports for financial monitoring and planning
  • Tax and social security regulations: VAT, taxable income, INPS and INAIL contributions
  • Preparation of tax schedules and management of tax debt calculations
  • Support for tax returns and checking CUD and 770 forms

“SKILLS FOR INNOVATION” AREA

  • Use of software for general and analytical accounting management
  • Configuring tax and payroll modules for process automation
  • Digital tools for scanning, recording and organizing accounting documents
  • Using apps to manage your payment schedule
  • Creating accounting documents using advanced Excel
  • Data export and analysis techniques from accounting management systems. Integration with Cloud Systems.

FINAL CERTIFICATION

At the end of the course, a Certificate of Competence relating to UC 2 and UC3 of the REGIONAL ACCOUNTING TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION will be issued, following an evaluation interview (pursuant to DGR 739/2013).
