RELATIONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Interpersonal communication, also in English
The course will cover communication and relationship techniques with the customer/tourist throughout the Customer Journey, the entire process that the tourist/customer goes through from the moment he becomes aware of a product or service until the purchase and beyond, including
including after-sales service and loyalty. These skills include welcoming staff, customer service, intercultural communication, and effective communication.
