THE DIGITAL OFFICE: PRODUCTIVITY AND MANAGEMENT TOOLS

The course aims to develop skills that enable smart working, optimize the organization and management of work activities using digital tools (such as Word and Excel), coordinate and monitor projects and work processes using collaborative platforms, share and archive documents efficiently while ensuring security and accessibility, using solutions such as Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox; and customize and integrate various digital tools to meet specific productivity and management needs.


Contents

  • Manage office work with the help of Word and Excel
  • Use digital and task management tools
  • Perform regular saves and backups
  • Classify, manage and share documents in the cloud and on Google Drive

The course will provide skills needed to manage digital work processes agilely and securely, improving operational efficiency, remote collaboration, and data management.
Participants will acquire skills for working in digital environments, using advanced tools to optimize productivity, thanks to the effective use of Word, Excel, and cloud tools.

Teaching methodology

The lessons, all practical, take place in classrooms equipped with individual workstations.

Access criteria to the course

Admission to the program requires an ORIENTATION INTERVIEW to define a detailed and personalized program within the training proposals, based on your characteristics, personal history, and professional aspirations.
The outcome of the interview will be a PROFILING FORM that will allow us to assign a score based on the individuals' characteristics in relation to the specific proposed path and on their motivation to attend the course.
If applications exceed available places, a ranking will be drawn up that will determine the order of admission to the various editions of the course activated based on the number of eligible people on the ranking within the limits of the available funding.
